Realtor Qualifications *
Participating Realtors in ToFixIt! must maintain the following standards and upon request must provide documentation to ToFixIt! to verify such:

Full-time realtor
5 years minimum experience in real estate
Licensed realtor in the State of Arizona
In good standing with the Board of Realtors
Member of the National Association of Realtors
Must carry liability and errors & omissions (E & O)
Above average volume of business over the last 5 years
Must be a local market specialist
Must provide 3 previous client testimonials
Must give priority service to ToFixIt! customers
Must be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
