We are looking for the following characteristics in a candidate

• Self motivated, enthusiastic, friendly individual with prior outside sales experience
  
• Ability to effectively work with other team members
  
• Ability to work with little supervision and deliver superior results
  
• History of achieving sales goals
  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Identifying great companies who will become part of the ToFixIt!® referral network
  
• Visiting business owners and decision makers to present our unique opportunity
  
• Negotiate and close opportunity
  
• Track site visits and program results and provide periodical reports as requested
