Market Director – Sales and Operations Leadership

ToFixIt!, the premier referral network, is looking for a motivated individual to lead our market operations in San Diego. Be a part of the ground floor of the San Diego operation leading our sales and operations team. Additional growth opportunities will become available as we expand the brand throughout the United States.

We are looking for the following characteristics in a candidate

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience and/or sales management experience
  
• Ability to work with little supervision and achieve superior results
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to effectively work and lead other team members
  
• History of achieving sales and operational goals
  
• Existing contacts with local business owners in the service industry a plus
  
• Bachelors degree or a combination of experience and training
  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Responsible for all operational and sales functions within the San Diego ToFixIt office.
  
• Lead and manage a sales team of 2 – 3 outside sales representatives participating in the sales process
  
• Own the relationship with current featured companies on the ToFixIt! network including leading or assisting contract renewals, communicating results and delivering member satisfaction.
  
• Develop strategic sales methods to meet or exceed sales goals
  
• Ongoing communication with prospects, member companies, national staff and local team members.
• Develop periodical reports, newsletters, emails and other correspondence for company owners and national office.
