• In good standing with the Board of Realtors
• Member of the National Association of Realtors
• Must carry liability and errors & omissions (E & O)
• Above average volume of business over the last 5 years
• Must be a local market specialist
• Must provide 3 previous client testimonials
• Must give priority service to ToFixIt! customers
• Must be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
